3 Types of Men: Emotional Intelligence Self assessment

Podcast - The Daily Edge

I’ve been on the phone with hundreds of CEOs and business owners, walking them through how to handle the current crisis. And here are three types of men who are showing up right now:

The VICTIM

The victim is looking to be bailed out. He wants someone else to save him, and has no confidence in himself to take action to improve his situation. He freezes in the moment of crisis, and can’t make decisions. He can’t think of any solution.

The INFORMATION ADDICT

This is the man who wants to take action, but he convinces himself that before he does, he has to know everything about everything. He recognizes that there are opportunities, but he stops himself from taking them.He lacks certainty and is paralyzed by fear, because he thinks too much and acts too little.

The EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIONER

He’s willing to take an imperfect action because an imperfect action is always better than being paralyzed with fear. He may not know what to do, but he’s certain of himself that he will find a way.

What makes the difference between the three is the level of emotional intelligence. Having the emotional intelligence to weather the storm is the difference between seeing the gift in the pain and crumbling when the pressure is on.

Watch this video to see how men can get through this crisis, and how you can get the Edge.

Josh Kreitzer and the Influence of Amazon

On this episode of The King’s Code, I interview Josh Kreitzer, founder of Retail Media. Josh was an early adopter of ecommerce, at the time when it was considered a disrupter rather than the norm. He later found a position at GoPro, and tested an early version of the Amazon search engine. He used his experience with Amazon to found his own company that takes advantage of the Amazon algorithm to promote products and services, even ones that don’t sell on Amazon. In this interview, you will hear the journey he took as an entrepreneur, from the big leap of faith it took to leave a secure position to the ups and downs, to his current successes.

How to Compound Time and Get Results in 2023

Compounding is a powerful investment tool that involves getting a return on your original investment and the returns on your previous returns. For compounding to work, you need to reinvest your returns back into your account. Invest in your most valuable asset: your energy. When you withdraw the energy rather than reinvest it, you lose out. Every day, you need to reinvest your returns so it compounds.

This video will show you 6 ways to compound time and get results by setting goals 100 days at a time and reinvesting the personal gains to get more done in 100 days than the average man does in a year.
Tough times separate the winners from the WHINERS! That’s what recessions do: they separate winners from losers. Winners will win under any circumstances. Whiners will find any excuse to become a victim of their circumstances. They make excuses and hope someone will come to save them.
