When you ask God, or look inside yourself, for the ability to lead, that is already raising your consciousness. But in order to lead, you need to have a higher version of yourself.

This is true in romantic as much as business relationships, but many men don’t develop that certainty in both areas of their lives. The result is that they become pleasers in either their business or personal life, and that leads to problems down the road.
