My training this week was about the levels of consciousness, because leadership is a conscious choice.
When you ask God, or look inside yourself, for the ability to lead, that is already raising your consciousness. But in order to lead, you need to have a higher version of yourself.

Tough times separate the winners from the WHINERS! That’s what recessions do: they separate winners from losers. Winners will win under any circumstances. Whiners will find any excuse to become a victim of their circumstances. They make excuses and hope someone will come to save them.

Very few people will ever understand the pressure that men feel when they are leading. They have no idea how leaders continue to keep going against all odds. Just because you make it look easy doesn’t mean that it is. Just because you are holding it together does not mean you know how to deal with the pressure that comes with being an entrepreneur.
