My training this week was about the levels of consciousness, because leadership is a conscious choice.
When you ask God, or look inside yourself, for the ability to lead, that is already raising your consciousness. But in order to lead, you need to have a higher version of yourself.

This is the first episode of God, Money & Purpose since Raul hosted the Next Level Virtual Leadership Summit. The event was a huge success, and the biggest lesson from that experience is to have the emotional intelligence to keep calm when things go wrong. Things did go wrong at first, but within the first hour, everything was flowing. Raul and Vivian discuss the benefits and possible downsides of using technology to work and communicate.
In this episode we are discussing what the new normal is like as we see the light at the end of the tunnel for the COVID pandemic. Raul and Vivian have had less romance in their marriage in the past year, partly because of major health scares, and partly because they never leave each other. Not having time apart causes more pressure on a relationship, and for different reasons than you might expect.
