Huberman, a neuroscientist and biohacker podcaster, discusses his feelings on fatherhood with Ryan, a former Navy SEAL and CIA contractor. In the episode, Huberman quotes Robert Bly, who says that without father figures, “Demons” will fill the void. In other words, the goal of any father is to set an example for their children. Providing financial stability is not enough, a good father must provide emotional support to raise happy children who become stable adults.
