(4 REASONS) Why you are not making an impact as a leader

Podcast - The Daily Edge

The measure of a man’s success is the impact he creates in the world. Making that impact is a choice you make every day to go above and beyond. There are four mistakes that most men make when they try to make an impact:

  1. You think that people are going to agree with us. It’s not up to other people to believe in you, it’s up to you to convince them.
  2. You think you know what people want. You can’t know better than your customer. You have to fall in love with your customer, not your product.
  3. You think success is going to happen overnight. Leadership is not a sprint, it’s a marathon, and you have to have the stamina not to give up. You make an impact day by day, not all at once.
  4. You think it’s going to be easier than it really is. When your expectations aren’t met, you begin to doubt yourself and your mission. Success is going to be twice as hard as you think it is.

As a result, women have more and more responsibility on their shoulders, and don’t get to tap into that more feminine energy inside them. That leads to frustration and a feeling of hopelessness. What can women do to embrace their feminine energy in a demanding world? And what can men do to support them? Watch this episode to find out.
