How do you innovate when you are already successful?

On Episode 5 of the King’s Code Podcast, I interview Michael Valdes.

He has sold real estate, either directly or through overseeing his agents, in over 100 countries, and logged over a million frequent flyer miles.

Then he learned he didn’t have to do all that flying to sell real estate, and founded eXp Global, the first real estate agency to sell exclusively online. We’re talking about 7-figure properties.

This is not the sort of money you spend lightly, so you have to really be at the top of your game to sell at this level. And he and his team are so good, they don’t even need to be there to close the deal.

How does he do it?

And what’s more important, how do you have the balls to start a new, unknown business model when you’re already making millions doing what you know?

Learn how he does it by watching this episode of The King’s Code. Click on the link below to watch the video.

Josh Kreitzer and the Influence of Amazon

On this episode of The King’s Code, I interview Josh Kreitzer, founder of Retail Media. Josh was an early adopter of ecommerce, at the time when it was considered a disrupter rather than the norm. He later found a position at GoPro, and tested an early version of the Amazon search engine. He used his experience with Amazon to found his own company that takes advantage of the Amazon algorithm to promote products and services, even ones that don’t sell on Amazon. In this interview, you will hear the journey he took as an entrepreneur, from the big leap of faith it took to leave a secure position to the ups and downs, to his current successes.

Is Jordan Peterson A Hero to Losers or Voice of the Voiceless?

On this episode of the King’s Code Podcast, I react to Jordan Peterson being interviewed by Piers Morgan. Peterson is a controversial public figure. Depending on who you ask, he can be a voice to the voiceless, helping men who cannot help themselves; or he is the public figure of a group of angry, horny men who can’t get dates. Olivia Wilde’s movie, “Don’t Worry Darling,” has a character who is a cult leader, and many people interpret the character as a slightly exaggerated depiction of Peterson. In this interview, Peterson got choked up talking about the young men who look up to him. What can we make of this man? Is it all an act? Is he a hero or a charlatan? And what can we learn about the incel movement? Is it a movement of men bringing each other up or are they holding each other down? Watch this video to see my reaction to this viral moment.
