How to Use Stress as Feedback to Grow and Expand

How to Compound Time and Get Results in 2023

Stress is the number 1 killer in the United States. Why is it so dangerous? Because our bodies are designed to face physical threats like saber-tooth tigers and mastodons, and stress releases chemicals into our bodies to induce action. We were not designed to have mental stress and a sedentary lifestyle.

There are 3 responses to stress today: Deflect it, manage it, or use it.  Deflecting stress means hiding from it. Pretending it’s not real and hoping it goes away. Managing stress means sedating yourself with drugs and alcohol. It means not feeling stress by numbing it. And using it means using stress as feedback for where you need to grow. Watch this video to learn how to use stress as feedback to grow.

They hide from stress, they sweep their feelings under the rug, and hope it goes away.

Manage stress by self-medicating with drugs & alcohol.

What do you need to work on in order to become better?

Are you arguing with reality?

Are you focusing on what you should’ve done but didn’t?

How AI Can Affect Human Relationships

How AI Can Affect Human Relationships

On this episode of the God, Money & Purpose Podcast, Raul and Vivian discuss artificial intelligence – AI – and the potential it has to either benefit or take over our lives.

It took only a week for the chatbot ChatGPT to get a million users. ChatGPT uses the entire internet as a database to write sentences that appear, at least at first glance, to be written by a human, not a program.

Like all tools, AI can be used for good or ill, or it can end up using you. Can robots learn to love before they learn to kill? Click here to watch this episode for our take.

What Did We Learn in 2022?

What Did We Learn in 2022?

It seems like the more time goes by, the faster time flies. With the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. It’s hard to take a moment to reflect on and review the past year, but that’s exactly what a power couple does. A power couple makes the time to journal the past year’s successes and failures, and makes a concerted effort to see what they are grateful for. By being there for each other the whole year, you won’t feel guilt and neediness when the holiday season comes around and feel the need to overcompensate by buying expensive but kind of thoughtless gifts. Watch this video to see how you can close the year strong as a power couple.

How to Compound Time and Get Results in 2023

How to Compound Time and Get Results in 2023

Compounding is a powerful investment tool that involves getting a return on your original investment and the returns on your previous returns. For compounding to work, you need to reinvest your returns back into your account. Invest in your most valuable asset: your energy. When you withdraw the energy rather than reinvest it, you lose out. Every day, you need to reinvest your returns so it compounds.

This video will show you 6 ways to compound time and get results by setting goals 100 days at a time and reinvesting the personal gains to get more done in 100 days than the average man does in a year.

Liver King or Lyin’ King? Exposing the LIES and Analyzing the Apology of the Liver King

Liver King or Lyin’ King? Exposing the LIES and Analyzing the Apology of the Liver King

On this episode of the King’s Code Podcast, Raul reacts to the Liver King apology video. Brian Johnson, the Liver King, has been a social media sensation for his He-Man like physique and for advocating the “Ancestral Tenents,” including eating raw liver. With a body like that, he was accused many times of using performance-enhancing drugs, which he flatly denied every time. But recently, his personal emails admitting to steroid use were leaked to YouTuber More Plates More Dates, and he was exposed. The Liver King was pretty much forced to do an apology video. On this episode, Raul rates whether he thinks that The Liver King is sincere in his apology. Nobody is perfect, nobody has been 100% honest with themselves and other people for their whole lives. When the truth comes out, what can you do to take responsibility? Raul gives his take on what we can learn when owning up to our mistakes.

What Are The Challenges Facing Power Couples in the Recession?

What Are The Challenges Facing Power Couples in the Recession?

In this episode, Raul and Vivian share their insights into what will help a power couple stay a power couple through the upcoming time of uncertainty.

The recession will test any marriage.

Money is a common reason for divorce, but it’s not about how much money is in the bank. Money breaks up marriages because of the different values the husband or wife have about how to spend what little money they have, or if the husband is an entrepreneur who spends all day trying to make money and doesn’t give his wife attention she deserves.

Raul and Vivian have been married for over 2 decades. Their successful relationship didn’t come without many setbacks, arguments, and stumbles.

Watch this video to learn more about how to continue to be a power couple in times of uncertainty.
